Duties and Responsibilities:
Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone. Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going. Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales. Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products..... Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products. Answering customers' questions about the products. Meeting sales quotas Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Requirements & Qualifications:
Candidates should possess at least an OND/NCE with 0 - 2 years work experience Ability to work with little or no supervision. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Ability to work under pressure. Creative thinking skills. Persuasive skills The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation. Must have an Andriod phone Good sales ability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
