My story begins with a mobile phone

Rukayat Oluwatosin is a brilliant graduate of Tai Solarin University of Education [TASUED] and an entrepreneur. She sells fashionable wristwatches and bracelets to customers. Her journey started with Easybuy as a customer seeking to stay connected in digital world.

Oluwatosin says, “My story began with my first smartphone, called a ‘palasa’ phone. The word ‘palasa’ in local parlance means low quality. I bought it because at the time, funds were scarce. I wanted to download apps and chat on WhatsApp. After using it for a few weeks, I realized that it wasn’t a good purchase because I experienced continued phone freezing which made chatting with my customers difficult. I could not even contact my friends, customers or family without having to wait long hours just to make a phone call, open the home screen, or surf the internet.”

This limited her ability to participate in the digital economy and to stay connected with her customers. Easybuy’s affordable financing changed this for her.

One fateful day, she came across an Easybuy shop, and she was amazed at the benefits offered. She signed up and acquired an original Easybuy smartphone, with a better battery, better software speed, improved storage capacity, better camera. The rest, they say is history. Her dream phone, provided by Easybuy, paved the way for better business opportunities. After paying off her installments, she joined the Easybuy team to become a valuable sales agent.
